ocsinventory.ini and only value PROLOG_FREQ

Centos OCS Server 2.1.2 , Agent windows 2.1.1,

One computer (Windows 7) that does not contact as it should from the PROLOG_FREQ value although it is running every day and also I have found that the ocsinventory.ini file has only one value: PROLOG_FREQ=24. There is no TTO_WAIT value

Any idea of what is happening? Thank you!
