the status processing ... is long and no response

I followed this procedure:

I successfully installed Ocs inventory server on the centos 8 server and reconfigured the ocs inventory server.

I installed Windows agent on the Windows server 2012 version and configured the Windows Agent. 

I click on the icon: “ OCS Inventory, I noticed that it has already collected information on our Windows 2012 server (see screenshoot)

I click on the All computer link and I don't see the Windows server 2012 server: The status “processing ...” runs long enough (see screenshoot)

I have already restarted the httpd and mariadb services but that does not change anything. Do you have the least idea?

I am not an expert developer. 

This version:

PHP: 7.2.11

Web server: Apache:: 2.4.37 (Centos) mod_perl: 2.0.11 Perl: V5.26.3

Database server: MariaDB server version: 10.3.17 -MariaDB

Version OCSReports: 2.7

OCS Agent Windows version: 2.6.0.0

I looked at the error log for ocs inventory, there is no error

Hello,

I have the same problem. I can see data only in my dashboard. Everything else is in processing.

OS for a server side is CentOS 8 with PHP 7.2. There isn't any error in Apache log.

Is there any other log which I can check?

Hi,

In z-ocsinventory-server.conf file set OCS_OPT_DBI_PRINT_ERROR to 1. Restart apache and look apache in error_log file for errors. Connect on the interface. Search an inventoried machine.
