i think ocs-inventory can't do this right now, but with glpi

https://glpi-project.org/

you can automaically import all the stuff from ocs-inventory .

And glpi an be equipped with  "reports"

https://plugins.glpi-project.org/#/plugin/reports

2 features of reports are

-History of last hardware’s installations
-History of last software’s installations
