Mais que signifie l'erreur "Failed to load/parse last inventory state " [closed]

Bonjour,

On a un serveur OCS Windows 2.1.2 et l'agent Windows 2.0.5 sur plusieurs Windows 2008R2. Sur l'une de ces machines l'inventaire n'est jamais remonté et le service OCS renvoie systématiquement l'erreur Service "encounter error "<Failed to load/parse last inventory state >", Nous avons manuellement désinstallé puis réinstallé l'agent mais l'erreur revient toujours. Quels  peuvent-en être l'origine et la signification ?

Bonjour,

Le problème affiché dans les logs est un problème ssl.

Avez-vous configuré ssl sur vos agents ?

Pouvez-vous envoyer  votre configuration agent ?

Le certificat cacert.pem est bien dans le répertoire agent.

Bonjour,

Comment a-été construit le certificat? Pour que cela fonctionne il faut le même nom de serveur entre le fichier ocsinventory.ini et le CN du certificat.

Bonjour,

Merci pour vos réponses. Le problème venait de l'oubli d'ouverture sur un pare-feu. Depuis l'inventaire de la machine remonte bien au serveur.
