query for multiple operating systems?

My CentOS systems aren't included in the 'all linux' search.   Is there any way to pass multiple items to match in a single query like msyql's  'rlike 'Centos|ubuntu|SUSE|fedora|Linux' instead of having to pick one with it's specific version number from the dropdown list?
